Cottonmouth Boats was founded in 2008 with the mission of providing the shallow water market with revolutionary hull design. As mud motor technology has advanced, so have our hull shapes. We pride ourselves on continual R&D processes that allow us to stay at the forefront of toughness, handling, and overall hull performance.

Concentrating on the unique needs of sportsman here in the gulf south, we have honed our hulls to perform well in any condition. These hulls run as good as they look and will provide an unbelievable driver experience.

I purchased a 17’6/48 sportsman with huntdeck/ 37EFI Boss Drive in March. One word sums up this boat. AWESOME. What surprised me most about this boat is the ride and handling. Stays up on plane at very low speeds and handles a lake chop like a champ. Cottonmouth staff made this a very easy purchase. Boat outperformed my expectations.
